In addition to a comprehensive assortment of tool holders, we offer the following turning insert grades:
MR2500M: These unique turning inserts feature a combination of wear resistance and toughness (tough microfine substrate, wear-resistant PVD coating) that provides reliability in continuous and interrupted cut applications.
MR2000K: Provides a balance between wear resistance and fracture toughness while machining cast iron. These turning insert properties are further strengthened with a thick CVD coating and post-coat treatment that provides long and consistent tool life.
MR2510P: A tough cobalt-enriched substrate, these turning inserts withstand high-impact loads and protect the edges from premature cracks and chip-offs. A superior, multi-layer CVD coating enables greater wear and chipping resistance.

Designed to efficiently machine stainless steel requiring medium to rough turning.
MMT3 Geometry Inserts
Achieves medium-to-finish turning of stainless steel and steel by producing smooth, accurate surfaces with very good chip control, especially at low depths of cut.

Solid Carbide and Indexable Milling Tools
Metal Removal by WIDIA (MRW) offers solid carbide end mills and indexable milling tools that cover a wide range of applications. Proven for consistency and benchmarked quality, these tools span multifold operations – from profiling and ramping, to slotting, plunging and interpolation. The end mills are currently available in both shorter and longer shank lengths. Our solutions are designed to optimize productivity, performance, and maximize metal removal.
